It seems that so far every 1st of the month post has been a count up of the months past, so now that we’re over the halfway mark it’s time to start the countdown to the end of the year. Right? Meh, 5 months until the year ends.
The weather isn’t likely to be fickle this month. It’s hot, and it’s not going to cool off anytime soon. I tend to choose light meals like fancy salads, or slow cooker one pot meals. I used to enjoy BBQ’ing but I’ve been informed that I can no longer do that where I live. Bass turds. Anyway, the point is that it’s too hot to cook, so this month I’ll feature recipes with nearly no cooking involved. As well as a patio garden update and a few other tidbits. I hope you’ll enjoy them, and remember to drink plenty of fluids!
