There was no way we were going to be able to have a Christmas tree in our little apartment. No space and it would basically have been a giant cat toy. So We decided to do something different…
We used some garland, a wreath hanger, a door cover and various other stuff to make a crazy door tree. It’s decorated just like a regular tree but it’s not taking up much room and our cats can’t really get to it without making more effort than our cats can really be bothered to make.
The picture doesn’t really capture how nice it looks, but it’s the best picture of the lot that I took. Also, we can’t really put gifts under it because we have to be able to open the door but just before it’s time to open gifts we’ll put them under our “tree” and it’ll work just fine.
