March 2017

Spring is nearly here and my March 1st Every Day Drawing Challenge was to do a sign of spring. I decided to use that for this post. It’s not fancy, but I enjoyed making it. I think my drawing is improving too.

I did face some pretty difficult challenges last month, the worst being the dreaded self-portrait. Which, I actually didn’t do too badly and ended up enjoying the process as well as the end result. I also feel like I created a few really good drawings last month that I am proud of. You can check them all out by clicking the last link in my Social Media Links Garden to the right.

This month, I have a “baked not fried” recipe coming up, as well as a very cute paper craft project and a bit of comfort food in celebration of Pi Day. I’ve also got my third bake along coming up too. This month’s recipe looks excellent, I’m looking forward to trying it. I’ve also got a fun sweet recipe at the end of the month, and maybe an essay… if I feel so inclined.

I hope you’ll check back over the next month, and that you’ll enjoy the posts. Have a great March 2017!
