8-years have gone by so fast! Another year, another birthday. So much as happened in the last year and I’ve tried to keep up with posting, looking for new stuff to add into the mix. I think the ‘shelter in place’ thing has definitely upped my cooking game, but I’m not really in the mood to write about it or to celebrate. It’s been a terrible day. I’m sad and fed up with everything. Maybe next year will be better? Hopefully.
