Just four months left of 2020. The end of summer is near and the leaves are turning where I live. The weather is still pretty hot but it’s cool in the evenings and mornings. I am looking forward to cool air during the day and being able to have the windows open. I like the smell of burning leaves and I find everyone complaining about pumpkin spice hilarious. I am definitely ready for Autumn!
I’ve had a lot more time to cook and experiment in the kitchen. I suppose a lot of people have this year. Although, I never made sourdough starter. It’s been a real trend this year but, I didn’t want a “food pet” to feed and water every day. I desided to try another trend, a sous vide machine.
